Still not satisfied with the product? You have the right to cancel and return your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. To do so, follow the steps below.
To make use of your right of withdrawal, first register the return shipment by e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Pack the products in their original condition and packaging in a box
Place the completed return form together with the original invoice in the box ( download the relevant return form here )
State the return address clearly visible on the box
Hand in the package at the post office
Keep the proof of postage well
When do we pay back?
We will transfer the costs incurred by you (purchase costs and original shipping costs) to you within 14 days after cancellation.
What do you get back?
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price, including the original paid shipping and payment costs.
Where do I receive the refunded amount?
We will refund the amount in the same way as you paid. Can't do this? Then we will contact you.
Costs for returning
The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. Are you returning a product because it is damaged or delivered incorrectly? Then we reimburse these costs afterwards. We estimate that these costs will amount to a maximum of € 6.95 for NL and € 12 for other EU countries.
It can always happen that something doesn't go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing us at email@example.com.
From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect.
From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
